Program description
Brett’s Biltong Text Offers sends promotional text messages about our offers, new products and store news to customers who have opted in. Messages are sent from our toll-free number, (844) 669-4674.
How to join
You can join in our Rowlett store or when you check out on our website. Either way, you will receive one text asking you to Reply YES to confirm, and you are subscribed only after you reply YES. See Text Offers for how each opt-in works.
Message frequency
Up to 4 messages a month.
Cost
Msg & data rates may apply. Brett’s Biltong does not charge for text messages; your mobile carrier’s standard messaging and data rates apply.
Help
Reply HELP to any message for help. You can also contact us at info@brettsbiltong.com or (214) 501-3041.
Opting out
Reply STOP to any message to opt out. Your mobile network then sends one automatic confirmation that texts from this number are blocked, and you will receive no further messages from this program.
After STOP, Brett’s Biltong will not text you again unless you opt in again. Texting START or UNSTOP on its own does not re-subscribe you.
To rejoin after replying STOP, text START to (844) 669-4674 to lift the carrier block, then sign up again in store or at checkout and reply YES to confirm.
Consent is not a condition of purchase
You do not have to agree to receive text messages to buy anything from Brett’s Biltong, in store or online.
Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
We never sell or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in data with third parties for their marketing. It goes only to our SMS delivery provider, Telnyx, to deliver our messages. See our Privacy Policy.
