Why you need it:
Chocolate products shipped without cold packing during warm months (April–October) are at high risk of arriving melted. Once your order leaves our facility, we have no control over shipping conditions or temperatures in transit.
⚠️ Important: Orders containing chocolate items shipped without a Shipping Cooler during warm-weather months are shipped at the customer’s own risk. Brett’s Biltong Dallas cannot guarantee the condition of chocolate products that arrive melted when shipped without cold packing.
We strongly recommend adding a Shipping Cooler to any order containing chocolate items!
