Extreme heat can expose packages to very high temperatures during transit. A Shipping Cooler helps protect biltong, chocolate, and other heat-sensitive items while they are on the way to you.
During the current extreme heat, we are temporarily requiring a Shipping Cooler for every order containing biltong or chocolate. We introduced this precaution after several shipments were returned or arrived below our quality standards. We are sorry for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
