This is definitely hotter than any of the other biltong flavors I have ordered. I would rate the heat at about a 6 out of 10. The spice arrives gradually rather than hitting you immediately, which makes it very enjoyable. Despite the extra heat, the flavor remains well-balanced and very tasty. I would give it an A- and would gladly order it again in the future.
