Wow, this flavor is very different from any other biltong I’ve tried. It has a rich, smoky taste that reminds me of Texas BBQ brisket. It was a little drier than some of the other flavors, but still very enjoyable. Personally, I would rate it a B+, although my friends and family gave it an A+. If you’re a fan of Texas-style barbecue flavors, this one is definitely worth trying.
